Executive Vice President, Customer Success & Technology
John DeFeo serves as Executive Vice President of Customer Success & Technology, overseeing customer service and adoption as well as all internal and customer-facing technology for the company. Previously, John served as Senior Vice President of Technology Operations at Intralinks.
Prior to joining Intralinks, John led the Global Infrastructure Services group at Cigna Corporation, and spearheaded initiatives that resulted in the company receiving multiple innovation awards for open source and private cloud adoption, while also significantly improving service quality and launching a company-wide DevOps community. Prior to Cigna, John held Chief Information Officer roles at Fidelity Investments and Motorola, and also served as General Manager for the Enterprise Mobility business unit at Motorola.
John attended Adelphi University in New York, and completed the Wharton Business School Executive Development program at the University of Pennsylvania.
