Innovation Jam
Our annual global innovation event, which started in 2015, highlights our innovative spirit and brings over 300 employees around the globe together to work in teams to ideate, innovate, create, and design innovations around our products, services, and processes. The event is a great opportunity for employees to share ideas about enhancements to our product portfolio, potential new features, process improvements, and savings opportunities.

Patent Program
Synchronoss values the creative contributions of all our employees. In recognition of that, we have a robust Invention Submission Program in which any employee can submit their creative solution to any problem in our core or any related business. To reward the creative spirit, Synchronoss gives public and monetary recognition to the submitted ideas that are approved for further consideration, and ultimately for patenting.
