Biography
Natalie Wong joined Synchronoss in 2018 and currently serves as SVP Customer Success & Revenue Delivery where she leads a team focused on generating and cultivating customer relationships and timely deployment of our White Label Cloud Solution. Natalie is a dynamic Cross Functional Marketing & Sales Leader with over 25 years of progressive leadership working in Telecommunications, Pharma and Financial Services industries.
Natalie has a proven track record in maximizing P&L through revenue growth launching new products / services and cost optimization, development and management of customer experience strategy and services as well as driving transformational change. Widely recognized for her cross functional leadership, Natalie enjoys aligning and leading large teams both on domestic and global scale towards a common business goal, facilitating the necessary change management to drive both customer and business outcomes.
Prior to joining Synchronoss, Ms. Wong was Vice President at Prudential Financial with responsibility for development, design and implementation of a strategic framework and approach to enable delivery of the desired customer experiences working across Retirement Services constituents. Her professional experience also includes consulting work with Global Harvest Consulting, serving as Executive Director at Merck, AVP of Corporate Customer Care & Operations at AIG, and more than a decade at AT&T holding various positions in Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Natalie earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Boston University and holds an Executive Maters’s degree in Management Science from the Krannert School at Purdue University. Ms. Wong is married with two children. She likes to cook, enjoys reading, and solving crossword puzzles.
